Boxing is a combat sport and martial art.

Taking place in a boxing ring, it involves two people – usually wearing protective equipment, such as protective gloveshand wraps, and mouthguards – throwing punches at each other for a predetermined amount of time.

Brazilian jiu-jitsu

Abbreviated to BJJ, is a self-defense martial art and combat sport based on grapplingground fighting, and submission holds. It is primarily a ground-based fighting style and focuses on taking one's opponent down to the ground, gaining a dominant position, and using a number of techniques to force them into submission via joint lockschokeholds, or compression locks.

BoxFit is a cardio workout based on the training used for boxing focusing on toning and fitness. It includes skipping, boxing drills and bodyweight exercises that incorporate footwork and abdominal movements.
